CIMB Classic and BMW Masters Picks 2012

0

I would like to welcome everyone to the 2012 edition of the CIMB Asia Pacific Classic. The PGA players travel overseas this week for some great golf at a beautiful resort. Players will be playing at the MINES resort & Golf Club this week, one of the most exclusive resorts in Malaysia. The rich and famous utilize this resort; something a player could be if he wins this week.

The golf course that will host the 2012 CIMB Asia Pacific Open is one that plenty of birdies will be made on. In the first two years of this event, the winning score has been a blistering -18 and -23 respectively. Look for this year to have a similar winning score, as the course is only a 6966 yard, Par 71 track.

Ben Crane won the 2010 edition of the championship by firing a final round 69 to hold off Englishman Brain Davis by one shot. Lasts season Bo Van Pelt was on fire and routed the field by 6 shots, thanks to all 4 rounds being 67 or below. An interesting note about this week’s format is that there will be no cut. The 48-man field will all get the opportunity to play all 4 rounds and vie for the championship on Sunday.

******We will be going with 3 selections from this event and then 3 selections from the European Tour event — BMW Masters. The event will be held in Shanghai at the Lake Malaren Golf Club. This is the first year for the event but the field is superb. The course will be played as a Par 72 this week at 7607. This will be a great week of golf overseas and an opportunity for plenty of profit.******

Steve’s Six Pack System Picks

Here are this week’s six-pack of golfers I like to win the tournament outright. **Odds are based on 5dimes.com**. I will be (and recommend) placing 1% of my golf bankroll on each golfer to win the tournament outright.

**Because both events will take place in Asia – Picks HAVE to be entered by 6pm on Wednesday (ET)**

Selections from CIMB Asia

John Huh 44 TO 1 – This 22 year old rookie has enjoyed plenty of success in his 1st year on the PGA Tour. John won early on in the season at the Mayakoba Golf Classic and later cemented his place as one of the top young guns on Tour with a T2 at the Valero Texas Open. John has not played much golf as of late but I feel this was wise decision after a season that involved 28 events.

The other 5 picks are sent to members only – For the rest of 2012 the membership is just $25 – Click here to join.

Since I was young I’ve spent as much time on the golf course as the weather will allow me to. As I began to bet on sports I figured I would try my luck at the sport I know the best - golf. I began hitting winners on a regular basis and have turned it into a really solid part time income profiting in 8 of the last 9 years.
